Çağla Group was established by Mr.Cemal Doğan in Istanbul June 1993 and started its activities under the title ÇAĞLA Müh. Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

The company, which determined field of activity as project preparation, contracting and consultancy services for the electrical engineering applications, registered its commercial title as ÇAĞLA İnş. Elektrik Mekanik Turizm San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. in 1997.

It had realized many projects and applications of electricity until today.
It had established electricity systems with strategic value, open for future which operate healthily, for the institutes and enterprises.

Restructuring was realized with the Corporate Identity works, which were started in 2006 and the title was changed as "ÇAĞLA GRUP ELEKTRİK İNŞ. SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş.".

In 2006, ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System certificate was received. Total guality works are still continuing.

With "Turn-Key Quality", Çağla Group aims to establish sound, quality system with strategic value and to provide total service to the institutes that it works and shall work with.

It continues its activities at the address "Eski Üsküdar Yolu Cad. Bodur İş Merkezi No.8/37, İçerenköy-Kadıköy / Istanbul since 2007.
